Precedence for Clause Approval Actions
OCC enables you to insert, update, delete, or swap a clause before submitting it for approval. If you perform multiple actions in the same session, OCC executes them in the order of precedence defined below.
If clause approval is configured for all actions in the same session, OCC follows the precedence described below.

If approval for an action is not required, OCC does not follow the precedence in the table.
If approval is required only for a primary action, then approval is triggered only for the primary action and if approval is required for secondary action, then approval is triggered for secondary action only.
If approval is not required for a primary action, then all the actions (insert, update, delete, or swap) are allowed.
