Inserting a Read-Only clause
You can now insert a clause as Read-Only in a generated document. Clauses that you insert as read only will be restricted for editing during redlining / negotiation. You can edit and take action on a read-only clause in a generated agreement only if you have enabled 'XA_UnlockReadOnlyClause' custom permission in Contract Management.
To insert clause as Read-Only

Click Insert Read Only to insert the clause content as read only into the document. The inserted clause text appears redlined in the agreement document if the agreement's protection level is set to Insert Comments and Track Changes.
