Deleting Approvers

To delete Clause Approvers in the Conga Contracts for Salesforce Clause Library, take the following steps:

1. In the Conga Contracts for Salesforce application, go to Clause Library in the top navigation menu, and click Clause Approvers.

2. Under the Selected Approvers section, click the x icon beside the name of the approver you want to remove.

   

   If the Approver is currently assigned to an Approval Step, you are unable to delete them and receive the following error: Clause Approver is assigned to Approval Step(s). Please update Approval Step(s) before deleting. For more information on how to remove an Approver from an existing Approval Step, see Deleting an Approval Step from your Clause.
