Deleting or Editing an Approval Step from your Clause

To delete an approval step, take the following steps:

1. In the Conga Contracts for Salesforce application, go to Clause Library in the top navigation menu, and click Clauses.
2. Select the Clause.
3. Click the Related tab.
4. Under the Approval Steps related list, click Add Approval Step.
5. Click the x icon beside the name of the approver you want to remove from this step. The removal is confirmed when the green checkmark changes back into an + icon. The name is also removed from the Selected Approvers section on the right.
   Remember: If you want to delete an Approver, you must delete them from any assigned Approval Steps first.
