Before you can build a solution in Solution Manager, you must first create a solution record. The record is a container for solution information, including the button URL history and notes.
To create a new solution record in Solution Manager:

To fully utilize solution records, you should be a System Administrator (or have the Modify All Data and Customize Installed Applications profile settings).
Click the Conga Solutions tab.
Click New to create a new Conga Solution record.
In the Conga Solution Name field, enter a name for the solution.
In the Master Object field, select a master object from the list.
Click Create Record.
The new solution opens in the Conga Solution screen.
Add report data (using existing or creating new reports) or
query data (using existing or creating new queries).
