Viewing a Conga Sign Audit Trail

You can view the audit trail for a Conga Sign eSignature document package by taking the following steps:

Viewing a Conga Sign Audit Trail

  1. Go to Documents
  2. Click Document Packages
  3. Click eSignature
  4. Click View Document Profile
  5. Click eSignature Audit

    Audit Trails are also visible on Document Packages under Contract Profile and Documents in the Submitted, Completed, All Packages, and All Completed tabs.
