Creating Admin Entries for Agentforce

  • The Conga Quote Agent is created, committed, and activated.
  • Agent access is granted through the Conga Max Permission Set (AF) permission set.
  • Salesforce administrator permissions are available.
  • Conga CPQ is configured and operational in Salesforce.

A total of five entries must be created for Agentforce. Each entry pairs a name with a JSON payload in the Code field. The payload names a base object, the fields to read from it, and the child relationships to traverse.

For the name and JSON payload of each entry, see Agentforce Admin Entries.

Note: The JSON values are samples. You can use them as provided or modify them as needed.
  1. Click App Launcher and navigate to Admin.
  2. Click New to create a new admin entry.
  3. Enter the entry name in the Name field.

Use the names listed in Agentforce Admin Entries, starting with GetCartSummaryForAgentForce.

  4. Populate the Code field with the JSON payload for that entry.
  5. Click Save & New.

Repeat steps 3 through 5 for each of the remaining entries.

  6. After entering the fifth entry, GetLineItemsForAgentForce, click Save.

All five admin entries are created. The Conga Quote Agent returns the configured fields and child records when users request cart summaries, quote metadata, favorite comparisons, quote comparisons, and line item details.
