CLM and CPQ Reports
The CLM and CPQ Reports provide pre-defined reports and dashboards tailored specifically for Conga CLM and CPQ users. These reports are designed to deliver actionable insights into contract and quoting processes, helping users monitor performance, identify trends, and support decision-making. Currently, the module includes eight reports for CLM and two reports for CPQ, with all data displayed being tenant-specific to ensure relevance and data privacy. Access to this module is restricted to users who have been granted permission by the product administrator.

Audit and Access Report
- Login Metrics and Audit Logs offers a detailed view of user authentication events, including login counts, active users, and login trends over time. It features visualizations and tabular logs that help track who accessed the system, when, and from where supporting security monitoring, compliance, and access management.
- Audit and Access Dashboard extends visibility beyond login activity by capturing detailed records of data changes and configuration changes. It enables administrators to see who made a change, when it occurred, and what was changed, providing a complete audit trail for both user actions and system modifications.
License Usage Report
The License Usage Report offers a centralized view of how application licenses are being utilized across an organization. It is designed to help administrators track and analyze license consumption, providing insights into who is using the licenses, how frequently, and for what types of activities.
The report typically includes metrics such as transaction or activity counts, usage categorized by type, and trends over time. It also presents detailed logs that capture user-level activity, including timestamps, transaction types, and outcomes. Visual elements like charts and graphs make it easier to interpret usage patterns at a glance.
This report is essential for ensuring compliance with licensing agreements, optimizing license allocation, and making informed decisions about renewals or additional purchases.
