Adding Trusted URLs for Salesforce Integration

Due to stringent Content Security Policy (CSP) settings, you must add Trusted URLs when integrating your Salesforce Org with Conga Advantage Platform's preview environment.
  1. Log in to Salesforce.
  2. Navigate to Setup by clicking the gear icon in the top-right corner.
  3. In the Quick Find box, search for CSP Trusted Sites and select it.
  4. Click New Trusted URL.
  5. Enter the API Name. Enter only underscores and alphanumeric characters. The name must be unique, begin with a letter, not include spaces, not end with an underscore, and not contain two consecutive underscores.
  6. Enter any of the following URL per your region.

    • NA: https://login-rls.congacloud.com

    • EU: https://login.congacloud.eu

    • AU: https://login.congacloud.au

  7. Ensure the Active option is selected.
  8. Ensure the All option is selected for the CSP Context.
  9. Select the following options.

    • connect-src (scripts)

    • font-src (fonts)

    • frame-src (iframe content)

    • img-src (images)

    • style-src (stylesheets)

  10. Click Save.
