The system incorrectly updated the status of associated billing schedules from Invoiced or Pending Invoiced to Pending Billing when a Draft Obsolete invoice was cancelled, despite the presence of another invoice that had already marked those billing schedules as invoiced.

Resolution:

The Cancel Invoice logic has been updated to handle Draft Obsolete invoices differently. When a Draft Obsolete Invoice is cancelled, the system now updates only the Invoice and Invoice Line Item statuses to Cancelled without modifying the associated billing schedules statuses. This ensures that billing schedules linked to other approved Invoices remain in their correct Invoiced status.

When the "Same Day Cancellation" setting was enabled and a full-term cancellation was processed with a termination date matching the Asset Line Item End Date, the system incorrectly generated Forecast Billing Schedules for cancelled assets, resulting in a refund of one-day charge amount.

When cumulative quantities aligned exactly with a tier's upper limit, the system incorrectly re-applied that tier's price to subsequent Usage Inputs, resulting in an inaccurate rated amount.
