When Enable Usage Indexing and Auto Refresh Usage Tier were enabled and the cumulative quantity of previous Usage Inputs matched exactly with a price tier boundary, the system incorrectly re-selected the already-consumed tier and applied its price again to subsequent Usage Inputs, resulting in an inaccurate rated amount

Resolution

Corrected the Usage Price Tier data generation logic. The fix ensures that the "From" and "To" values in the Usage Price Tiers are set correctly without the erroneous +1 increment on the tier start value. This prevents already-consumed tiers from being re-selected when cumulative quantities align exactly with a tier boundary.

When Same Day Cancellation was set to False and a mid-term cancellation was performed on an asset with multiple ramp lines — where the cancellation date fell within the first ramp period — Forecast Billing Schedules incorrectly deducted one day's charge amount from the second, third, and subsequent ramp lines.
