Viewing Insights
Conga's Insights feature uses Discovery AI for CLM, which leverages artificial intelligence to identify, analyze, and assess contract risks. This process highlights areas of concern, such as risks, compliance issues, and key contractual elements. Insights provides users with the following critical information:
- Risk name: Name of the risk for each identified risk, helping users quickly understand the nature of the risk.
- Risk type: Type of risk. The two available options are: Risk and Question.
- Risk Category: Classifies the risk based on its severity (for example, Low Risk, Medium Risk, or High Risk).
- Response: Offers recommended actions or answers to mitigate the identified risk. It could be a resolution, mitigation strategy, or other relevant information related to the risk.
- Click the App Launcher icon (
), and select Contract Apps..
- In the LINKS panel, click Insights. This page displays only the insights where the Is Valid field is set to true including key details such as risk name, risk type, risk category, and response.
