Using Agreement Hierarchy Reports

When you run an Agreement Explorer report using the Agreement context or type, you are returning a list of agreement records organized into a hierarchy in relation to a specified agreement record that you have permission to access.

The hierarchy displayed in the report represents the entire agreement hierarchy with respect to the specified agreement record. Indented agreement records represent parent-child relationships.

Note: Any agreement records in the hierarchy that do not meet the requirements of the report filter are presented as gray text.

You execute an Agreement Hierarchy report in one of the following ways:

  • From the Agreement Explorer tab:
    • the administrator-defined default report for Agreement Hierarchy
    • a public Agreement Hierarchy report created by yourself or another user
    • a private Agreement Hierarchy report created by yourself
  • clicking on the View Agreement Hierarchy button on an agreement record (default settings)
  • clicking on the Agreement Hierarchies link in an Agreement Search report (default settings).
  • editing Search Settings from an existing report.
