Project Flows
The Flows feature is an automated version of the Workflows feature, which uses both stages and steps to delineate the processes or procedures that a project must go through.
Flows is an automated version of the Workflows feature that uses both stages and steps to complete a process or procedure that a project must go through. A flow is like a road map you must follow to accomplish the tasks your Administrators want you to accomplish for a project. A project flow automatically displays at the top of the Project Profile screen when the profile is created and the project matches the criteria defined for running the flow. However, a user with the Flow Admin permission can manually run a flow on a Project Profile.
A company and/or contract flow is automatically added to a Project Profile when any Company and/or Contract Profiles added to the project have existing flows running on their Profile.
