Enhancements
The following enhancements are new to CPQ in this release.
Editable Fields in Related Line Item Pop-up for Service CPQ
Administrators can now mark specific fields, that is Weightage Amount, Weightage Type, Weightage Percentage, and Weighted Net Price, as editable in the Related Line Item pop-up for Service CPQ through a toggle in the Admin UI. Salesrep can modify these fields during runtime, and the system recalculates pricing based on the updated values. Field data types, such as picklist for Weightage Type, are configurable by administrators to ensure accurate data entry and calculations. These settings are available on Global Settings ? Flow Settings ? Select Flow ? Cart Page ? Column Settings.
For more information, see Configuring Column Settings.
Constraint Rule Support for Service and Equipment Products
Constraint rules now support service and equipment products in Product and Product Field scopes, allowing inclusion rules to auto-include, prompt, or display messages for eligible service bundles linked to purchased equipment. The rules apply to MatchInOption scenarios to control service product options based on defined conditions.
For more information, see Configure Constraint Rule Using Advanced Rule Setup.
Quote ACV Synchronization on Cart Finalization
ACV will be calculated at Bundle line as it included value of all its options. ACV from Summary line is copied to Quote after finalization. ACV at specific line/option product can be excluded based on ACV Price rule setup.
For more information, see Viewing Quote Details.
Link account locations to catalog line items
You can associate account-level locations to line items when adding them to the cart from the catalog, regardless of the business object type. Previously, location association was limited to proposals. In this release, when a location is defined on the account linked to any business object, you can assign that location to a line item during catalog selection. This ensures that configuration, pricing, and other validations accurately reflect the locale or region for each line item.
For more information, see Catalog APIs in Conga Developer Portal.
Cart Line Item Equipment Association Update via API
Sales representatives can update equipment associations for service products in the cart using the API. Adding or removing equipment from a service bundle automatically cascades changes to its associated options, maintaining accurate service bundle configurations throughout the update flow.
For more information, see Cart APIs in Conga Developer Portal.
API Support for Publisher Bundle Input Validation
The Publisher APIs now validates publisher bundle inputs, including options, sub-bundles, option groups, and attributes, and returns errors or warnings for invalid data. This validation applies to both lazy-loaded and non-lazy-loaded flows, improving data accuracy before configuration processing.

Enhanced Embedded CPQ Web UI Experience on Salesforce Quote Page
When you launch the CPQ Web UI from the Salesforce Quote page using the Configure Products button, the process is now more stable, with previous instabilities addressed as part of this enhancement.
- When the CPQ Web UI is embedded on the Salesforce Quote page in Lightning mode, the Quote page chevron is automatically hidden to maximize vertical space and provide a better user experience within the embedded iframe. The HideQuoteStageChevron flag controls the visibility of the chevron. API:
PUT : /api/config-management/v1/configurations
- The embedded CPQ Web UI utilizes the full available area within the Salesforce Quote page, with minimal to no unnecessary whitespace. The header and footer sections do not restrict the view, ensuring the content area is maximized and the product catalog is fully visible with appropriate scrolling support.
- The embedded CPQ Web UI scales seamlessly across different browser zoom levels (including 75% and 100%), ensuring no content is clipped, hidden, or overflowing. Key controls, such as the Manage Fields link, remain fully visible and accessible.
- All UI elements within the embedded catalog view, such as search results, product cards, action buttons, and preview popups, are fully visible and rendered correctly, with no clipping or hidden content.
- The visibility of UI elements within the embedded CPQ Web UI can be dynamically controlled using Display Action settings configured via the
/api/revenue-admin/v1/flows/{flowName}/actionsAPI. Based on the configuration, components such as Details, Activity History, Documents, Next Steps, Kebab Menu, and Field Change History can be shown or hidden as required, enabling a more flexible and tailored user experience.
Update Contract with Selected Line Items
Salesrep can now select specific line items when updating an existing contract directly from a quote, providing the same granular control previously available only in the Create Contract workflow. When clicking the Update Contract action from the quote's associated contracts list, a modal opens displaying all cart line items with support for basic and advanced search, export function, and multi-select line items. Salesrep can choose to update the contract with all line items or only a relevant subset, ensuring contracts stay aligned with the latest negotiated terms. The update syncs both the contract header and the selected line items as Agreement Line Items. Clear success and error notifications are displayed upon completion, including a direct link to navigate to the updated contract. This feature is supported for carts in New, Saved, or Finalized status.
For more information, see Updating a Contract.
Aggregation Method Support for Price Program Criteria
The Aggregation Method field is now available in Price Program Scope & Criteria configuration, allowing administrators to aggregate qualifying cart lines using the SUM option before evaluating numeric criteria such as Quantity, Net Price, or Extended Price. The default value remains None, preserving existing behavior by evaluating each cart line independently.
Known Limitation: Criteria using rollup fields, such as Net Price, in bundle and option scenarios are currently not supported and will be addressed in a future update.
Self-Registering Settings Framework for Admin UI
The new self-registering settings framework enables feature settings to automatically appear in the Admin UI when registered, without requiring any UI code changes. This eliminates the manual process of updating the Admin UI each time a new feature setting is introduced, ensuring the feature settings interface is always up to date.
Settings are validated at registration time for required fields (Setting Name, Data Type, Default Value, Group Name, Control Level, Description), and default values are automatically applied to new tenants at provisioning. Settings no longer needed can be deactivated and hidden from the Admin UI while being retained for audit purposes. A clear validation error is returned identifying the missing fields, while duplicate setting names (same machine-readable key) are rejected at registration time with an error.
IntroducedInRelease is for any new feature setting. For upgrades, the framework supports two actions: DeprecatedInRelease (makes a setting inactive and hidden for all customers) and OverrideInRelease (automatically overrides the setting value for all customers).

Price Programs Listing Support for Indirectly Associated Price Programs
The Price Programs related list on the Quote detail page now displays both directly and indirectly associated price programs, providing full visibility into all contract-entitled pricing. Indirectly associated programs—identified by a Via Contract badge and source contract number—are read-only, with row-level actions and inline editing disabled to prevent modification or removal. The listing count reflects both types, and bulk actions remain available only for directly associated programs.
For more information, see Associating a Price Program.
Asset Service Eligibility Rules in Admin UI
Administrators can now create and manage service eligibility rules directly within the Admin UI to control which service products are eligible for specific asset products in post-sale scenarios. When creating a rule, administrators select "Service Eligibility Rule" as the rule category, which surfaces two new toggle fields, Apply at Point of Sale (for associating services to equipment in the same cart prior to purchase) and Apply Post Sale (for associating services to equipment that has already been purchased). These toggles allow precise control over when the eligibility rule is enforced. Once configured, Salesrep see only the eligible services for their customers' purchased assets in the service catalog, eliminating the need to manually identify compatible service-product combinations. This enhancement supports both asset flow and new sale flow contexts, and the toggles appear exclusively when the rule category is set to Service Eligibility Rule.
For more information, see Adding Constraint Rule Details.
Product Configuration Creation from Order Line Items
Administrators can create a Product Configuration directly from Order Line Items when amending inflight orders. This enables you to proceed with order amendments in scenarios where a Product Configuration does not already exist such as orders originating from CPQ, CLM, price agreements, or external systems interfaced into Conga Order Management. The cart service automatically generates the required configuration, streamlining your amendment workflow.
For more information, see Cart APIs in Conga Developer Portal.
Focused Configuration View Layout for Product Configuration
Administrators can now select a new page layout, named New Standard Page for bundle products, providing an alternative to the standard option group display. This layout offers a vertical group arrangement to enhance usability and visibility of bundle structures.
The new "Layout" field is available on the Product object, allowing selection from multiple configuration layouts, including Standard, Modal, Custom, and New Standard Page via the following API endpoint
/api/schema/v1/objects/Product
Asset Status Validation on Cart Finalization
The system validates each asset's status during cart finalization and displays an error message if any asset is cancelled, inactive, specifying that the affected asset needs to be removed from the cart. This validation applies to all asset-based operations and supports scenarios with multiple users and saved carts.
Manual Synchronizing of Quotes with Opportunities
You can manually synchronize quote line items with the associated opportunity using the Sync to Opportunity action available on the Quote detail page. This action is visible in the Next Steps action panel when the quote is marked as primary and an opportunity is linked to it. When triggered, the line items from the quote are synced to the opportunity. If the quote is subsequently reconfigured and the shopping cart is finalized again, the updated line items will be synced to the opportunity upon re-invoking the action.
For more information, see Manually Syncing Quotes with Opportunities.
Standard Cart View Default Naming and Ordering
You can identify the default cart view with improved naming and ordering. The system default view is renamed from "Default View" to “Standard View” for clearer recognition. The view marked as default always appears at the top of your views list, and the list reorders automatically whenever you change the default view.
For more information, see Creating Views.
Attribute Picklist Entries with Image Association
Administrators can now associate images with individual values in Picklist and Multi-Select Picklist attributes. This enhancement enables a more visual and accessible product configuration experience for Salesrep. After creating an attribute, administrators can upload an image for each picklist entry using supported file formats (JPEG, JPG, and PNG) with a maximum file size of 2 MB and a recommended resolution between 380 and 500 pixels. Uploaded images are stored as a relative CDN path in the ImageURL field of the PickListValue object. Administrators can also remove previously associated images from attribute values at any time. A clear success or failure notifications upon each upload or removal action is displayed.
For more information, see Creating an Attribute.
ProductOptionPrices API: Default Adjustment Enforcement for Price Included in Bundle
The ProductOptionPrices API enforces that when IsPriceIncludedInBundle is set to true, AdjustmentType is automatically set to Price Override and AdjustmentAmount to 0. Any attempt to assign a different adjustment type or amount results in an error, maintaining data integrity for administrators.
/api/revenue-admin/v1/product-option-prices
Sequential Application of Price Matrix and Price Escalator
The Pricing Runtime Engine now applies Price Matrices before Price Escalators on cart line items in Turbo Pricing. This update aligns Turbo Pricing with Classic Pricing and enables accurate price ramp calculations when both pricing rules are configured on a Price List Item.
Fixed Issues
The following issues are fixed in this release. If any actions are required, they will be listed in this table.
| Case Number | Conga Internal ID | Description |
|---|---|---|
| - | CPQ-109335 | When products with Boolean attributes are auto-included through a Constraint Rule into an existing bundle, the system may not populate the default attribute values correctly. As a result, affected attributes may remain unchecked and Product Attribute Rules may not evaluate as expected. |
| - | CPQ-109334 | Line items are removed from the cart when the associated primary Price List Item (PLI) is inactive and the feature setting |
| - | CPQ-109304 | Unable to permanently remove default bundles from the cart. Deleted bundles are restored after MTTV execution, resulting in incorrect cart configurations and additional manual effort. |
| - | CPQ-109080 | The Cart page may display excessive blank space while users scroll through carts containing approximately 2500 or more line items, making records appear missing until additional scrolling occurs. |
| - | CPQ-108823 | Reconfiguring a bundle product after adding duplicate bundles does not correctly apply constraint rules, causing visibility issues for dependent option groups. |
Known Issues
The following unresolved issues are known to Conga at the time of this release.
| Conga Internal ID | Description |
|---|---|
| CPQ-109636 | When you delete auto-included line items and add the triggering product again, the system may not auto-include all products from the product group. Removing and adding the triggering product again restores the expected behavior. |
| CPQ-109371 | When a product is auto-included by a Constraint Rule, it remains selected even after the rule conditions are no longer met. This can result in incorrect products remaining in the cart when users change or clear the related options. |
| CPQ-108340 | When you open a completed collaboration assignment, the More Details link may appear misaligned instead of displaying in the expected centered position. |
| CPQ-97591 | The product name header on the configuration page may stretch too far to the right at 80%, 90%, or 100% zoom, hiding the Summary section. This UI glitch appears while scrolling. |
| CPQ-95448 | The system displays AssetLineItemAttributes on the Installed Products page only after you click the expander icon for each asset, instead of showing them by default. |
| CPQ-92545 | The Auto-Inclusion constraint rule adds the product back to the cart even after it is deleted and a mass update is performed. This occurs regardless of the user’s preference to exclude the product. |
