Creating a Contract

  • The selected quote's Approval Stage is Accepted and the Approval Status is Approved.
Once the quote is accepted, you can create a contract from the quote details page and preview it in the Contract APPs.
  1. Go to the Quotes page.
  2. Click the required quote.
    A quote details page is displayed.
  3. Click the vertical ellipsis icon next to the Generate button.
  4. Click Create Contract.
    A new contract is created and previewed in the Contract Apps. You can also access the associated contracts from the Related List, available on the quote details page.
