Prerequisites and Permissions

Installing Conga Packages

Installing or upgrading the required Conga CPQ packages in your Salesforce org is mandatory to start using the Conga Sales Agent. You require necessary Salesforce administrator permissions and access to the target org (Sandbox or Production) before starting the installation.

  1. Open the Conga Install Center in your browser.
  2. Install or upgrade the following packages to the specified minimum versions or later:

    Note: Contact Conga Service team to obtain this package.

  3. For each package, click Install in Sandbox (or Install in Production) and enter your Salesforce admin credentials.
    Select Install for Admin Only during installation.
  4. Verify that all packages are installed successfully by navigating to Setup > Installed Packages and confirming the version numbers.
