Integration with SPOM

Granting Access to External Credential Principal

You can grant access to External Credential Principal on Profile level or use Permission Sets based on your requirements.

If using permission set, then assign the Permission Set to your Integration User.

  1. To grant access using Permission Sets, navigate to Setup > Permission Sets
    Click New and enter the details as per the requirements.
  2. Click Save.
  3. To grant access on Profile level, navigate to Setup > Permission Sets > Profile > External Credential Principal Access.
  4. Add 'ProsSpomIntegrationPrincipal'.
  5. Go to System Permissions and enable Use External Credentials.
