You can easily create and manage loyalty programs. However, the New Loyalty Program, New Point Accrual, and New Promotion buttons might not available by default in the Incentives List View. To make them visible, you need to edit the search layout and change the default view settings.

Adding these buttons provides quick access to key actions, making it faster and easier to manage your loyalty programs.
