In Conga, loyalty programs are part of the Incentive module and support membership tiers, accrual rules, promotions, tier updates, and integration with Quoting and Order Management, along with dashboards and reports.

Administrators manage programs, tiers, rules, history, and notifications, while sales representatives can view or override discounts and redeem or track reward points. Each loyalty program includes Information, Scope, Criteria, Tiers, Benefits, and Summary sections.
