Creating a New Loyalty Program

Defining the Tier Levels

Tier levels define the conditions for earning loyalty points. When customers meet these conditions, the system calculates loyalty points accordingly.
  1. Enter the required details for the loyalty program in the fields below.
    FieldDescription
    Tier Level NameEnter a name for the tier level (e.g., Silver, Gold, Platinum).
    Minimum PointsDefine the minimum points required for customers to qualify for this tier.

    Example:

    When customers meet the minimum points for a tier, they are assigned the corresponding level.

  2. Select the following as per the requirement.

    • Click Save to store the details and stay on the same page.

    • Click Save & Continue to move to the next section.

    • Click Close to exit and view the record details.
