Defining Scope for Point Accrual

The scope of a point accrual determines which accounts, regions, and products qualify for earning points. It ensures that points are allocated based on specific criteria, aligning with the loyalty program's objectives. The target audience and applicable products must be configured to enable accurate point calculation and tier qualification.
  1. Enter the required details for the loyalty program in the fields below.
    FieldDescription
    Product FamilySpecifies the category of products eligible for point accrual. Users can include or exclude specific product families.
    ProductDefines individual products that qualify for earning points. Users can search and select products to include or exclude.
    Product GroupIdentifies a set of related products that can be included or excluded from the point accrual program.
    RegionDetermines the geographic regions where the point accrual applies. Users can choose to include or exclude specific regions.
    CountrySpecifies the eligible countries for point accrual. Users can search and select countries to include or exclude.
    AccountsIdentifies specific customer accounts eligible for the point accrual. Users can search for accounts and choose to include or exclude them.
  2. Select the following as per the requirement.
    • Click Save to store the details and stay on the same page.

    • Click Save & Continue to move to the next section.

    • Click Close to exit and view the record details.
