Setting Up Loyalty Program

Configuring Loyalty in Incentive

Loyalty programs reward customers based on their purchases and participation. To integrate loyalty as part of the incentive process, you need to add "Loyalty" as a value in the Incentive object in Salesforce if it is not already available.
To configure loyalty in incentive
  1. Navigate to Setup.
  2. Search for Objects using the Quick Find box.
  3. Click Objects under Create to access the incentives.
  4. Search for Incentive and click it to open its details page.
    Incentive custom object page appears.
  5. Click Custom Fields & Relationships and locate the Application Type field.
  6. Click Edit.
  7. Scroll to the Values section and check if Loyalty is already listed.
  8. If not available, click New under the Values section.
    Add Picklist Value screen appears.
  9. Enter Loyalty as the new picklist value.
  10. Click Save.
The Loyalty value is now available for use in the incentive process.
