Setting Up Loyalty Program

Configuring Price Rule

Price rule help manage pricing and loyalty program conditions.
To configure price rule for loyalty
  1. Navigate to the Custom Object section and select Price Rule.
  2. Click Custom Fields & Relationships to access the Rule Type field.
  3. Click the Rule Type field to open its details.
    Rule Type screen appears.
  4. Scroll to the Values section and click New.
    Add Picklist Values for Rule Type screen appears.
  5. Enter the following values:
    • Rate Table - With Tiers
    • Rate Table - No Tier
    • Single Rate
  6. Click Save.
The system updates the Rule Type field with the new picklist values for price rule configuration.
