Use Case: Associating a Service Bundle with an Asset Bundle
This use case describes how to associate a service bundle with an asset bundle using Conga CPQ's Service CPQ feature. Your implementation may vary based on your specific business requirements.
- A quote is created.
- The asset bundle (equipment) is purchased and is active on the account.
- Service CPQ is configured by the administrator. For more information, see Configuring Service CPQ.
- The service bundle is available in the Service Catalog based on eligibility rules configured by the administrator.
Business Context
As a Sales Representative, you can relate a service bundle to a purchased equipment asset bundle, configure service products, and verify the association in both the Service Cart and the Installed Products page.
