Enhancements

The following enhancements are new to Contracts for Salesforce in this release.

Managed Clause Replacement Tracking

Managed Clause records now track clause replacement details through new fields that identify the current clause, display the current managed clause name, and indicate whether a clause has been replaced with an alternate clause. The system also updates the Is Standard field based on the replacement source and tracks both Replace by Capture and Replace with Alternate scenarios, enabling better visibility into clause replacements and contract compliance.

Contract Activity Widget User Attribution

The Contract Activity widget now displays the current user's information instead of the Salesforce Integration User, providing accurate attribution for contract activities based on the user performing the action.

Open in Word Expiration and Access Key Controls in CLM Setup

CLM administrators can now control whether users can override the default Open in Word expiration duration at the document level. This option is available as a configurable setting on the CLM Setup page and is disabled by default.

Document-Level Expiration Selection for Open in Word

Legal users can now select the Open in Word expiration duration at the document level when reviewing redlines. Available expiration durations are determined by administrator-configured settings, with a default duration of 1 hour, and are automatically updated when administrative settings change.

Microsoft Entra B2B Support for SharePoint and OneDrive External Review Flows

Added support for Microsoft Entra B2B in SharePoint and OneDrive for external and mixed review workflows. External reviewers must now be added as Guest users before participating in reviews, replacing OTP-based authentication. This update also clarifies that the Microsoft Graph API createlink endpoint does not automatically create Guest users, while maintaining support for both Client Credentials and Delegate authentication flows.

Conga Branding Updates for CFS

Updated the Conga CFS application branding in the App Launcher search to use the new purple Conga icon and branding, replacing the legacy red branding. No other Conga branding updates were required across navigation, authentication flows, loading screens, error pages, system messages, email templates, or package-shipped document templates. This update is applicable only to new installations and is not reflected in organizations upgraded through a push upgrade.
