When you run an Agreement Explorer report using the Agreement context or type, you are returning a list of agreement records organized into a hierarchy in relation to a specified agreement record that you have permission to access.
The hierarchy displayed in the report represents the entire agreement hierarchy with respect to the specified agreement record. Indented agreement records represent parent-child relationships.
Any agreement records in the hierarchy that do not meet the requirements of the report filter are presented as gray text.
You execute an Agreement Hierarchy report in one of the following ways:
From the Agreement Explorer tab:
the administrator-defined default report for Agreement Hierarchy
a public Agreement Hierarchy report created by yourself or another user
a private Agreement Hierarchy report created by yourself
clicking on the View Agreement Hierarchy button on an agreement record (default settings)
clicking on the Agreement Hierarchies link in an Agreement Search report (default settings).

Taking Actions from Report Results
Actions you can take from Agreement Hierarchy report results will vary based on the columns which are displayed in the report (fieldsets) and your own security permissions. The following table describes actions you can take from report results.

View Agreement Record
Click a record link in the hierarchy to open the corresponding Agreement record page in a new tab.
View Account Record
Click a record link under Account to open the Account record page for the Account associated with the corresponding agreement in a new tab.
View Related To Agreements
Click a View To Agreements link to view a list of all agreements which are Related To the corresponding agreement. All listed agreements are a source or reference to create or associate the current record (e.g., renewed from, amended from). These results do NOT display Agreement Hierarchy. See Viewing Related To Agreement Reports for more information.
View Related From Agreements
Click a View From Agreements link to view a list of all agreements which are Related From the corresponding agreement. All listed agreements are created or associated from the current record (e.g., renewals, amendments). These results do NOT display Agreement Hierarchy. See Viewing Related From Agreement Reports for more information.
Export
Click Export to export all report results to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. Note: Any records which do NOT match Filter Sets (grayed out) will not be included in the export.
Show Settings / Hide Settings
Click Show Settings/Hide Settings to expand or collapse the Search Settings section. You can use Search Settings to edit the filter settings to change the list of results based on context type, a saved search (with its own settings) and filter expressions. Click Hide Settings to collapse the Search Settings section. See Managing Report Settings for detailed instructions on how to use Search Settings.
Edit Fields
Click EditFields to change the fieldset (columns) displayed when the current report is executed. When you add Account, Related To Agreement and Related From Agreement to a fieldset those actions become available for records listed in the report. See Managing Report Settings for detailed instructions on how to edit field sets for a report.
Back to Root Report
Click this link to return to the first set of results generated when the report was originally executed.

Click this link at the bottom of the report listing to view additional returned records. You can also use page navigation to navigate between pages of the report.
