Default Notifications
- Someone has assigned you ownership of a document.
- Weekly upcoming smart events (this email reminds you to check the portal and is produced only if you have access to at least one document with an upcoming smart event)
- Upcoming smart event for the document owner. These are every 30, 60, and 90 days by default. You can also add 180 days.
- Default reminders for events on your watch list. These are every 30, 60, and 90 days by default. You can also add 180 days.
Non-Discretionary Notifications
- A user shares a folder with you
- An administrator adds you to a group
- You become an administrator
