History Link

The History link in a Company Profile is used to display the History browse screen, which records the updates that have been made to the Profile. The link is appended by a number, indicating the number of history records stored in the Profile.

To access the History browse screen, open a Company Profile, and scroll down to the Links section of the screen.

Review the changes that have been made to the fields in the Company Profile.

  • Identify any invalidated flows, along with the date/time stamp and the name of the person who invalidated the flow.
  • A change has been made if there is information in the Updated Value column. The Original Value column displays the original information, or is blank if the field was not populated when the Company Profile was initially created.

Sort Option

To sort the information in a column in ascending or descending order, click (toggle) on the column heading.

Column display

To customize the information in a browse screen, hover over a column heading until the column icon displays, and click on it to open the Sort/Column menu. Click Columns to display a list of available fields, and select the fields you want displayed by clicking in the check box to the left of the field.

Reorder and Resize Columns

  • To resize a column, hover over the right or left border of the column heading until the resize icon appears. Then, click and drag the border to the desired width.
  • To move a column to a different location in the browse screen, click on the column heading and drag it to the left or right, dropping it in the desired location. When the green checkmark icon displays, you are successfully moving the column.
