Connecting Conga CPQ to Agentforce
- Conga CPQ for Salesforce (June 2026 or later) is installed.
- The Conga CPQ AI Library package is installed.
- User has admin access.
- Conga CPQ is configured and operational in Salesforce.
- Agentforce is enabled in Salesforce.
- The Agentforce script package is available.
- Verify that the Conga CPQ package and Conga CPQ AI Library package are installed.
- Verify that Agentforce is enabled.
- Import the Agentforce script files.
- Review the imported Agentforce actions.
- Grant required permissions to users who will access Agentforce.
- Save the configuration.
- Open Agentforce.
- Enter a test prompt such as Create Quote.
- Verify that Agentforce can invoke the Conga CPQ quote creation action.
Agentforce supports quote lifecycle workflows by invoking Conga CPQ actions.
