Verifying the Agentforce Integration
Prerequisites
- Conga CPQ for Salesforce (June 2026 or later) is installed.
- The Conga CPQ AI Library package is installed.
- User has admin access.
- Conga CPQ is configured and operational in Salesforce.
- Agentforce is enabled in Salesforce.
- The Agentforce script package is available.
- Open Agentforce.
- Enter Create Quote.
- Verify that Agentforce initiates the quote creation workflow.
Agentforce successfully executes Conga CPQ quote lifecycle actions.
