Setting Up Conga Quote Agent

Creating the Agent from a Script

  • The Conga package is installed.
  • The agent script is available.
  • Salesforce administrator permissions are available.
  • Agentforce is enabled in Salesforce.
  1. Click App Launcher and navigate to the Agentforce Studio application.
  2. Click the dropdown arrow beside New Agent and select New From Script.
  3. Paste the script and click Create Agent.

    The agent is created successfully.

The Conga Quote Agent is created in Agentforce Studio and available in draft state.

Commit and activate the agent version, then grant agent access. See Activating Quote Agent and Configuring Permissions.
