| Loyalty Name | Displays a user-specific name for the loyalty program wherever applicable. |
| Effective Date | Defines the start date when the loyalty program becomes active. |
| Expiration Date | Specifies the program's end date (optional but must be after the Effective Date). |
| Combine with Other Loyalty? | Specifies whether this program can be combined with other loyalty programs. |
| Loyalty Code | Identifies the loyalty program and applies it to order or proposal line items. Users can manually enter it if auto-apply is disabled. |
| Upgrade | Determines when the loyalty program upgrade occurs (During Program, Next Program, or Never). |
| Downgrade | Defines when the loyalty program downgrade happens (During Program, Next Program, or Never). |
| Loyalty Group | Categorizes the loyalty program for analysis and tracking. The group must be active and pre-defined. |
| Point Accrual Level | Defines the level at which points accrue. Select it from the dropdown list. |
| Priority | Assigns a priority level to the loyalty program when multiple promotions apply. |
| Description | Provides a user-defined description of the loyalty program. |
| Auto Apply? | Applies the loyalty program automatically if criteria are met (Yes/No). |
| Active? | Activates the loyalty program when conditions are met, controlled by workflow and approvals. |
