Creating a New Loyalty Program

Defining the Scope Section

The scope of a loyalty program determines the applicable accounts, regions, and products. By default, all values are included, but you can exclude specific parameters by selecting the Exclude option.
  1. Enter the required details for the loyalty program in the fields below.
    FieldDescription
    Product FamilyChoose the product family that qualifies for the loyalty program.
    ProductsSpecify the products eligible for the loyalty program.
    RegionDefine the geographical regions where the loyalty program applies.
    CountrySelect the countries where the loyalty program is available.
    Account TypeChoose the types of accounts eligible for the loyalty program.
    AccountSpecify individual accounts eligible for the loyalty program.
  2. Select the following as per the requirement.

    • Click Save to store the details and stay on the same page.

    • Click Save & Continue to move to the next section.

    • Click Close to exit and view the record details.
