Defining Limits for Point Accrual

You can define the limits for point accrual to control and manage the allocation of benefits effectively. This ensures that the accrual process aligns with organizational policies and objectives.
  1. Enter the required details for the point accrual in the fields below.
    FieldDescription
    BenefitSpecifies the type of benefit being limited.
    To whom does the limit apply?Defines the entity (e.g., account, customer) to which the limit is applied.
    Limit MetricDetermines what is being measured for the limit (e.g., benefit quantity).
    Max Limit Value TypeSpecifies whether the limit value is constant or dynamic.
    Limit ValueDefines the actual numerical value of the limit.
    Limit Value SourceIdentifies the source of the limit value if it is dynamically derived.
    Recurrence TypeSpecifies how often the limit is applied (e.g., one-time, recurring).
    Recurrence FrequencyDefines the interval at which the limit resets if it is recurring.
  2. Select the following as per the requirement.
    • Click Save to store the details and stay on the same page.

    • Click Save & Continue to move to the next section.

    • Click Close to exit and view the record details.
