Field Description Rate Table - Tier Type Specifies whether the tiering is discrete or cumulative. Tier Rate Structure Displays the defined tiers with their respective point allocations. Adjustment Applies To Specifies whether the accrual is based on Base Price or another metric. Metric Value Source Identifies the source of the metric for tier evaluation. Metric Calculation Period Defines how often the metric is calculated (e.g., no rollup). Tier Metric Type Determines the metric used for tier evaluation, such as volume. Rate Table Columns This field is used to define the conditions to be used with the rate table.
If you need to define different point accrual for different products, make sure the product column is added. If you would like to add another condition, make sure to select the value from the picklist and click the Generate button.
Rate Table Defines point accrual rates based on transaction ranges to incentive higher spending.
You can edit these rate table by clicking Edit. Tier Rates popup appears to edit the rate table.Actions – Manage tier entries by adding or removing them.
From – Sets the minimum value for the tier.
To – Defines the maximum value for the tier.
Points – Determines the points awarded for transactions within the tier range.
- For Rate Table - No Tiers
Field Description Rate Type Defines the accrual using a rate table without tiering. Adjustment Applies To Specifies whether the accrual is based on Base Price or another metric. Enable Benefit Effectivity Dates Determines whether benefit effectivity dates are considered. Rate Table Columns Allows selection of columns for rate table configuration. Points Specifies the points earned based on the selected rate.
