Fields not Copying to the Clipboard in Conga Composer
Issue
Firefox and Chrome recently updated their security settings to restrict the use of Flash. This disables the copy and paste function in Conga Template Builder.
Fix
- Use the blue arrows to move fields to the template Canvas and then highlight the field, right-click, and select Copy.
- Install the flash plugin for Firefox or Chrome.
For Chrome: Add the browser site from the Template Builder pop up window in Flash settings.
For example, https://salesforce.com-apxtconga4.na53.visual.force.com. Type chrome://settings/content into your Chrome browser and navigate to the Flash settings. Add your browser site into the list of allowable sites:
