Expiring an Agreement
- The administrator has granted the user permission to expire an agreement.
- Ensure that the original agreement's status category and status are In Effect and Activated respectively.
After the agreement term ends, you can use the Expire action to mark the agreement as Expired. An administrator can set up auto notification with the Expire button 180, 120, 90, 60, or 30 days in advance. The notification informs administrators that the agreement is expiring.
An administrator can:
- Add the default status categories to the APTS_StatusCategoriesToInclude admin entry to allow updating the status of an amended or renewed child or related agreement to Expired.
- Add custom status categories that must be blocked from being updated for a child or related agreement to the APTS_StatusCategoriesToExclude admin entry.
- The agreement record is expired.
- The values in the status category and status fields are updated to Expired.
- Conga CLM emails an agreement expiration notification to the primary contact.
