Enabling Print Table of Contents
Collaborate’s Print Table of Contents feature automatically creates a table of contents page in the PDF or Word document that users can click through to navigate to specific pages of the document.
The Print Table of Contents includes the section name, page title, and associated page numbers, and you can include it when you print a document.
To Enable Print Table of Contents
- From the Build view of your document, click the Document tab.
- Scroll down to Document Options and click the arrow.
- Click the checkbox next to Enable Print Table of Contents on the far right side. This enables a separate page for your Table of Contents.
- Choose where you wish to insert your Table of Contents in print.
