How Do I Change a User to an Administrator?
If you are a system administrator you have this ability to change a Collaborate user to an administrator. This is accomplished from the Administration view.
To change a Collaborate user to an administrator
- Click on the User Drop Down Menu (your avatar).
- Click Administration.
- Click Roles and Permissions.
- Click on the Administrators group.
- Click Add User.
- Select the user you would like to add to this group.
- Click Add User.
