Cause
The most common reason for this error message is that an incorrect &DocuSignEndpoint parameter has been applied. This issue can also be caused by DocuSign credential setup issues as incorrect credentials can cause problems sending an agreement in background mode.
What to Do
- Ensure the &DocuSignEndpoint parameter is configured correctly.
- Verify that the DSProSFUsername and DSProSFPassword on your Docusign Account Configuration object and your running user's User record are valid.
