Creation Templates

Locating a Creation Template

Existing contract creation templates are viewed and managed from the Creation Template Browse screen. Creation templates are used whenever a user runs the Creation Wizard from a Contract Profile in order to generate a contract document. The generated contract is automatically stored in the Documents screen in the Contract Profile.

  1. Click the Gear Icon in the Navigation Toolbar, and click the Creation Templates link in the menu.
  2. In the Creation Template Browse screen, locate the template by its name, description, creation date, or the person who created the template.
    • Click on a column heading to change the sort order of the data.
  3. Click on the template record to display its Creation Template Edit screen, which contains additional functionality for the template, including mapping, questions, restrictions, and document revisions.
