Parameter Description: This parameter allows the administrator to specify the PDF version in which the generated document should be saved. As a template input, this parameter supports Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and PDF.

• If the input template is already in PDF format:

• If the input template is Word, PowerPoint, or Excel format and the administrator wants to convert it to PDF format:
