40 Cannot Add a Product
Error
The following error is displayed on the Catalog page when you add a product:
Cause
This happens when there is unwanted attribute value matrices.
What to do
Perform the following steps to resolve the error:
- Go to
- On the View drop-down, select All and click Go.
- Deactivate or delete all unwanted data.
