72 Cannot Configure a Product
Error
The following error is displayed when you configure a
product:
"TypeError: Cannot read property 'Label' of undefined
indexOptionGroupRecursively indexOptionGroupsRecursively indexLineItemRecursively indexSearchableLineItems prepareConfigLineItem setLineItemToConfigure at ConfigureService.service.configureLineItemBundle (aptCPQUI.js:56644)"
Cause
This happens when there is an issue with Product Attribute Value Extensions.
What to do
Solution 1
Remove attribute groups for your product which has PAV Extensions.
Solution 2
Perform the following steps to resolve the error:
- Go to .
- Click Manage. Edit System Properties.
- In the Product Attribute Extension Tables, add PAV Extension APIs.
