5 Cannot Add Products to Cart and Pricing Fails

Error

This error Apttus_CMConfig__AgreementId__c for Apttus_Config2__LineItem__c is displayed when you try to add products to the cart.

Cause

This happens when there is unwanted Incentive Rollups data.

What to do

Perform the following steps to resolve the error:

  1. Go toAll Tabs > Incentive Rollups.
  2. Delete the unwanted data.
