85 Cannot Configure a Product
Error
When you configure a product, CPQ displays spinner on the Catalog and the following error in the console:TypeError: Cannot read property 'FieldName' of undefined at LineItemModelService.LineItemModel.processAttrFieldsForProduct (aptCPQUI.js:61589)
Cause
This happens when a product has extension attributes assigned.
What to do
Perform the following steps to resolve the error:
- Go to
- Check the value of the Product Attribute Extension Tables field.
- Remove incorrect extension attributes or configure the Product Attribute Extension Tables appropriately.
