4 Cannot Add Products to the Cart
Error
The error !Failed to reprice.: SObject row was retrieved via SOQL without querying the requested field: Apttus_Config2__LineItem__c.Apttus_Config2__HasIncentives__c is displayed when you add a product or second product to the cart.
Cause
This happens when a custom field "Apttus_Config2__HasIncentives__c" is missing in Config LineItem Custom Fields.
What to do
Perform the following steps to resolve the error:
- Go to
- Edit Settings.
- Add "Apttus_Config2__HasIncentives__c" in Custom Field Names 2.
- Go to
- Under Query Field Metadata, click Refresh Field Metadata.
