8 Cannot Select More Than Two Assets

This error For Relate Action - Refine your selection on Purchased Products so that the selected assets have similar value for the following fields: Selling Term, Net Price. is displayed when you select more than two assets on the Installed Products page.
Cause
This happens when there are unwanted values in the Relate Action Criteria Fields field.
What to do
Perform the following steps to resolve the error:
