29 Cannot Perform Maintenance Job
Error
The error SendEmail failed. First exception on row 0; first error: NO_MASS_MAIL_PERMISSION, Single email is not enabled for your organization or profile is displayed in the log when you perform maintenance jobs.
Cause
This happens when the value of the Access Level setting is wrong.
What to do
Perform the following steps to resolve the error:
- Go to
- Under Access to Send Email (All Email Services), on the Access level drop-down, select All email.
